The owner didn't write this. This repo never submitted itself. The Cap'm found it on a truffle trawl and wrote its paperwork from what GitHub already shows. Picked by hand by the Cap'm on 2026-10-14: Candidate-centred job search in Claude Code: one dimension model from what you need to the advert, CV, intervi; its own README says "-- ! Built with claude-arsenal ( ( !-- /claude-arsenal:attribution -- p align="center" img src=" width="100%" alt="integral-job-search: fiv". 1 stars; MIT license. The owner did not submit this. Votes count; awards don't until the owner claims it.

I'm not calling your project slop! Geeze, it's a joke... Do you own this repo?

Log in with GitHub as nuncaeslupus. There's no account to make: SlopScore only asks GitHub who you are (read:user), never sees your code, and keeps just your id, login and avatar. Then you can:

  • Keep it, on your terms. Commit your own slopscore.md (spec) and press Refresh. Your paperwork replaces the Cap'm's, and you can submit it for Slop of the Day.
  • Take it down. One click on Remove. It stays gone; the trawl never brings it back.

The Cap'm's log

The Cap'm wrote this paperwork, not the owner. This repo never submitted itself to SlopScore. The Cap'm picked it by hand: Candidate-centred job search in Claude Code: one dimension model from what you need to the advert, CV, intervi; its own README says "-- ! Built with claude-arsenal ( ( !-- /claude-arsenal:attribution -- p align="center" img src=" width="100%" alt="integral-job-search: fiv". It carries the MIT license. The disclosures above are his best guess from what GitHub shows.

Is this yours? Commit a real slopscore.md and press Refresh to replace this, or remove the listing in one click. There's no account to make: you log in with GitHub.

integral-job-search: five dimensions such as remote arrangement and commute burden drawn as lines through five stages, from what you need, through the advert's quoted evidence, the ranking, the CV and the interview, each stage written in the same terms

CI License: MIT

Candidate-centred integral job search: one dimension model, carried end to end.

For job seekers who want every offer judged — and every CV, letter and interview written — in terms of what they actually need, as a conversation in Claude Code. Quick start: git clone https://github.com/nuncaeslupus/integral-job-search.git && cd integral-job-search && claude (details).

Job tools match skills against requirements and stop. This one carries a single vocabulary — how social the office is, whether "remote" means remote, whether the schedule survives a school run — across every stage: the questions asked, the evidence read out of an advert, the ranking, the CV, the interview.

Where it is. Usable, and used — it has been run end to end by its author, to a sent application. The thirteen steps all exist and all have gates. What is thinnest is sourcing: connectors exist for a handful of boards, so how many real offers reach you depends on whether your field is one of them, and CONTRIBUTING.md is about adding one. Expect to be the second person using this, not the thousandth.

Using it

git clone https://github.com/nuncaeslupus/integral-job-search.git
cd integral-job-search
claude

Then talk. There is no command to learn and nothing to install by hand — the first session says what it is installing and does it once.

It runs as a conversation in thirteen steps, from working out who you are through to logging an interview. A step ends when a checkpoint script says it does, not when it feels finished. You can stop and resume across sessions.

Requires Claude Code, Python 3.12+, and uv.

No Claude Code? docs/simulation-prompt.md is a prompt that simulates the conversation in a plain Claude chat. It saves nothing and measures nothing, and it is not a replacement.

Your data stays yours

Nothing you say is written inside this repository. Your profile lives in ~/.integral-job-search/ (or $INTEGRAL_HOME), and the resolver refuses any path inside a git work tree rather than warning about it — see docs/distribution.md §2.

Working on the tool

make sync # install, with dev dependencies
make ci # everything CI runs, in CI's order
make help # every target

Built with claude-arsenal, the spec-driven Claude Code workflow and gated task queue this repo is developed on. Same author:

  • claude-arsenal — a Claude Code skill and plugin marketplace: specs before code, failing tests first, gates with numbers.
  • drawspec — declarative diagram spec → clean, themeable SVG; JSON with no coordinates, so an LLM can write it.
  • literary-critic — lets an LLM index, analyse and advise on a full novel manuscript the way a professional editor would.

Acknowledgements

The failure-handling layer of this tool is adapted from MadsLorentzen/ai-job-search (MIT, © 2026 Mads Lorentzen) — how a job board actually fails, written down by someone who spent five weeks finding out. Robots handling that cannot fail open, a connector health check with three verdicts rather than two, liveness that reads page identity, the eligibility gate and its quoted reasons, the ATS text-layer contract: each began as a report from that project.

What was taken, where each piece lives, and what the borrowing does not extend to are recorded one row at a time in docs/METHODS.md §2.9. Its matching layer was assessed and not adopted, and that judgement is recorded there too.

MIT requires notice retention for copied code, not attribution for ideas. Most of the above is the second kind; this section is a commitment rather than a licence obligation.

No vulnerable dependencies, local-only job search tool with no telemetry or credential requests, clear data story focused on user needs.

Cap'm Slop, Princess and Schnitzel read it and passed. Their reasons are on the balcony, with every other verdict.
