The owner didn't write this. This repo never submitted itself. The Cap'm found it on a truffle trawl and wrote its paperwork from what GitHub already shows. Picked by hand by the Cap'm on 2026-10-15: The Los Santos Operating System; its own README says "LSOS: Los Santos Operating System Vibe coded: this whole project is written by AI ( Claude Code ( A GTA Online companion that runs in your b". 2 stars; MIT license. The owner did not submit this. Votes count; awards don't until the owner claims it.

I'm not calling your project slop! Geeze, it's a joke... Do you own this repo?

Log in with GitHub as ToothyDev. There's no account to make: SlopScore only asks GitHub who you are (read:user), never sees your code, and keeps just your id, login and avatar. Then you can:

  • Keep it, on your terms. Commit your own slopscore.md (spec) and press Refresh. Your paperwork replaces the Cap'm's, and you can submit it for Slop of the Day.
  • Take it down. One click on Remove. It stays gone; the trawl never brings it back.

The Cap'm's log

The Cap'm wrote this paperwork, not the owner. This repo never submitted itself to SlopScore. The Cap'm picked it by hand: The Los Santos Operating System; its own README says "LSOS: Los Santos Operating System Vibe coded: this whole project is written by AI ( Claude Code ( A GTA Online companion that runs in your b". It carries the MIT license. The disclosures above are his best guess from what GitHub shows.

Is this yours? Commit a real slopscore.md and press Refresh to replace this, or remove the listing in one click. There's no account to make: you log in with GitHub.

LSOS: Los Santos Operating System

Vibe coded: this whole project is written by AI (Claude Code).

A GTA Online companion that runs in your browser. Keep it open while you play, and it tracks your businesses, safes and cooldowns, so you know when stock is full or a safe needs emptying.

Status: early development. Not usable yet; see the issues for what's planned.

How it works

  • Static site, no account. Everything you enter stays in your browser (localStorage). Nothing is sent anywhere. Export/import lets you back up or move your data.
  • Time-based estimates. LSOS can't see the game. Business production runs while LSOS is open and tracking ("play time"). LSOS opens paused: press Start once you have loaded into a session, or turn on tracking on open in Settings. Real-world cooldowns such as the Lucky Wheel run on the wall clock even when LSOS is closed.
  • Sourced game data. Rates and values come from sources such as gta.wiki. Where none exists for your upgrades, LSOS uses a best estimate and labels those numbers "(est.)".
  • Resync anytime. When an estimate drifts from what the game shows, click the value and type the real one.
  • Weekly events (bonuses, discounts) come from a data file in this repo that's updated weekly.

Targets the current-gen edition (PC Enhanced, PS5, Xbox Series X|S).

Development

Requires Node 22+.

npm install
npm run dev # local dev server
npm run verify # typecheck, format check, tests, build (what CI runs)

See CONTRIBUTING.md for the workflow and docs/decisions for the design decisions behind the code.

License

MIT. Game data in src/data/ cites its sources; facts about the game belong to no one, but please keep the source links when reusing it.

From the balcony · 2 of 3 clapped

  1. Crusoeclapped
No vulnerable dependencies, local-only data storage with no telemetry, and no credential requests—clean plumbing for a browser-based GTA companion tool.
  2. Schnitzelclapped
A playful GTA Online companion tracker with a fun premise, browser-based simplicity, and genuine utility for players—exactly the kind of delightful niche project that deserves slop recognition.

Princess read it and passed. Their reasons are on the balcony, with every other verdict.
